General questions

Do you film full weddings or just highlights?

Every package includes a full wedding film. Standard and Premium also include a highlight (≈ one song, ~3–5 mins). Ceremony Only and Essentials can add a highlight.

How do you capture audio?

Discreet lavalier mics/recorders for vows & speeches; mixed for clarity.

What camera setup do you use?

A five-camera approach for key moments: 3 static cameras (ceremony/speeches) + 2 gimbal cameras with two videographers for movement and reactions.

Are you unobtrusive?

Yes—relaxed, candid approach. We won’t block views or direct moments.

The big picture—how we work

Do you film outside Glasgow and are there travel fees?

Yes—Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Stirling, Edinburgh and across Central Scotland. No travel fees within 100 miles of Glasgow; beyond that we provide a fair, upfront travel quote. If your venue has restrictions, we adapt our kit and positioning to comply.

Essentials — what’s included?

Arrivals, ceremony, drinks, couple photoshoot, full pre-meal speeches, full film via online download.

Add-ons: highlight, prep, drone, evening time.

Standard — what’s included?

Full day to second dance, highlight (~3–5 mins) + full film, USB + online.

Add-ons: prep, drone, extra dances.

Premium — what’s included?

Prep to third dance, drone included (venue/weather permitting), highlight (~3–5 mins) + full film, USB + online.

Tailor as needed; we can remove drone if not suitable.

Can we add extra time or evening dances?

Yes—extra evening coverage (more dances/later finish) is available on request.

Do you cover singing waiters or special performers?

Yes—as an add-on due to extra filming/audio/editing time. Tell us timings and we’ll quote.

Is drone filming included?

Included in Premium where venue and weather allow; add-on for other packages. If drone isn’t right for your venue or preference, we can remove it.

Can we add bridal/groom prep?

Yes—popular add-on for Essentials and Standard.

Can we customise what’s included?

Yes—our bespoke service lets you add or remove elements to fit your day.

Can we request vertical clips for social?

Yes—add a social-ready vertical set as an optional add-on.

Music & rights

Will our video get blocked online?

No—all music is licensed, so you can share safely on the web.

Can we choose the music?

Yes—choose from our licensed library (we’ll send Musicbed links) or we’ll pick a track that suits your story.

Can we use commercial chart songs?

Typically not—most major label tracks can’t be licensed for wedding films. If required we’ll help you find similar licensed songs.

Booking & payments

How do we secure our date?

We hold your date for 72 hours once availability is confirmed. A 20% deposit secures it (balance due 10 days before).

Can the 72-hour hold be extended?

Usually yes—request an extension and we’ll confirm if we can keep the date on hold a little longer.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes—flexible instalments on request.

What’s your cancellation policy?

A non-refundable 20% booking fee secures your date and is not refundable or transferable if you cancel (it reflects the agreed loss).

What if we need to postpone our wedding?

If we’re available on your new date/time, we’ll reschedule and your 20% booking fee carries over. If we’re unavailable, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

Delivery & formats

When will we receive our films?

Highlights: ≈4 weeks.
Full films: 9–14 weeks (season/queue dependent).

How are films delivered?

Ceremony Only / Essentials: Online download link

Standard / Premium: Elegant jewel-encrusted heart-shaped USB + online link

Do you keep backups?

Yes—we back up footage during editing and keep archives for a period after delivery.
